Arsham has done a Master of Education in Teaching English as an Additional Language at Simon Fraser University in Canada. He graduated in the Summer of 2018 and his main focus was on the role of technology in teaching languages.
Arsham's Bachelor's Degree is in the English Language and Literature. He finished his undergraduate studies at Allameh Tabataba'i University in Tehran, Iran.
Work Experience
Arsham is currently in the role of a Creative Pro at Apple Canada. He teaches different skillsets to people who want to maximize their productivity with their technology. He facilitates sessions that focus on photography, videography, coding, music, and art and empowers his learners to showcase their creativity.
He has been teaching English to learners around the world, both in person and virtually, and has a track record of innovative teaching styles in his online courses.
Online Courses
Arsham's online courses are like no other out there. He believes that the best language courses are the ones that enable learners to actively use their knowledge through activities and projects. He's strongly against memorization in language learning and designs all his materials based on this teaching philosophy.
Personal Life
Arsham was born and raised in Zanjan, Iran. He moved to Tehran at the age of 18 when he started his undergraduate program at Allameh Tabataba'i University. In 2017, after getting his Bachelor's degree, he moved to Vancouver, Canada to pursue a Master of Education in Teaching English as an Additional Language at Simon Fraser University. He is currently based in Vancouver.
His favorite TV show of all time is F.R.I.E.N.D.S. He believes that watching F.R.I.E.N.D.S helped him immensely when he was a language learner himself and that was what inspired him to create his Instagram page and online courses.
He loves traveling the world and experiencing new cuisine; his favorite food so far is the Iranian Kabab. He can't get enough of it.
